We were built on a simple observation: the best renewable energy projects don’t fail on engineering. They fail on introductions never made, permits never explained, and rooms never entered. Meridian exists to close that gap.

Our Origin

Founded by

Vanguard was founded by former trade attachés and investment advisors who spent careers watching French, Canadian and Swiss capital search for a credible route into Latin American renewable markets — and watching Colombian and regional developers search just as hard for capital, permitting clarity, and a seat at the European table.

Today we operate as a small, senior team rather than a large firm — deliberately. Every mandate is led by a partner who has sat inside a ministry, a sovereign fund, or a project developer’s boardroom, and knows what each side actually needs to hear.
